1. Eligibility for Returns:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You have the order confirmation or receipt.
- The product was purchased directly from our official website.
Note: Due to the personal nature of skincare, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Sale or discounted products marked as “final sale”
3. How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at info@collagencreations.org with your order number and reason for return.
- If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
4. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible — either with a replacement or full refund.
